    Hi all

A good week and now finishing up. Seeing my dear sister tomorrow which will be lush, and my niece. Taking DD2 with me. OH staying at home...he has a list of chores :) but may also get a walk in :D

Did some money shuffling today. Paid off a CC which had some festival tickets on it for later on in the year so not a small total, but good to get it gone. Still on track to pay off all the holiday stuff by end of April, but it will be right. A double stretch target _pale_ we will see if I can do it.

Off out for a drink with a friend, skipping dinner to save money and also spend time at home. Way to go I say...

Have a good weekend all xxx

A bit late to the party again but well done on the money front! Lovely feeling to think that one has some breathing room with the bills!

You sound like you've had a hectic but happy week - being cooked for and some good times with friends! And I hope you have a fantastic time with your sister today! Sisters are great aren't they!:j

Nice to wake up this morning to read about FIRE in the paper...nice article featuring MMM, Nicola of The Frugal Cottage and her family too. Food for thought about increasing the savings rates....and yet another reason to get shot of the holiday debt in next month or so...

Thanks for the tip about the article, just found it online and agree interesting and thought provoking. Also read some of the frugal cottage blog and book marked it for another time. Time for some more research in to long term plans I think.

Glad you had a lovely time, you seem to be all over it :D
