Your health kick is going well. Are you starting the keto?
I'm really glad to hear that the family have realised that you mean business on the debt. Hopefully all will be onboard now.
And well done for getting DD2 onboard as well with the social media curfew. That couldn't have been easy!:T

I think it's fab that you've got the family on board. I've always had to fight the financial dealings all by myself. At least your DD will be financially savvy from being included in things rather than sheltered.
Well done on your healthy eating, exercise and no alcohol. The 0% beer is lovely isn't it and I don't even like normal beer. Unfortunately I can't say the same for alcohol free wine.
Have a good productive weekI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
All sounds most excellent. I need to get healthy, currently at a new PB weight wise. Suffering from Sciatica and something to do with an impacted rotar cuff are making me somewhat grumpy.

Aah, thanks lovely people for popping by. I am touched by your support.
Had a lovely weekend and saw some old friends for a very frugal but lovely weekend. It was magic. They are so hospitable and their girls are growing up into lovely young women. Yep we parents all have our tensions but they were so pleasant to be around. Felt better for it.
This week is fairly busy but have run twice this week and also done a class. Plan to run again tomorrow. Should be over 16 x exercise sessions this month which I am happy with. Once very two days isnt bad and certainly a million times better than usual. I need to make exercise a habit. My food/diet has slipped a bit as I drank at the weekend but overall will be the best month ever. I also didn’t have time to prep the lunches and dinners so that’s been less good although not terrible.
SSG I’m not doing the Keto at the moment. From my class/cookery lesson I realised that you have to be super vigilant otherwise you put weight on with all that fat intake and I just dont think I am geared up for it just at the moment, but am going to keep going with trying to follow Louise Parker for meals. In fact had cauliflower mash with veggie sausages today. Everyone loves it. It’s a revelation.
SA - well they have to be on board. It’s not optionalOnce again I have just paid off so much towards the next debt we are tighter than tight yet again...just enough for the mortgage and bills on the 1st and nowt else
I have said to OH it’s just the way we’ll have to roll at the moment...but he’s up for it. Did I tell you I am finally and completely tired of being in debt
:rotfl: Even the mortgage. Just want it ALL gone.
So much so I think we will be taking in students for some weeks over the summer. It’s not great in some ways but it’s easy money. And £800 is worth putting against the debt or into the kids investment funds. Will do a round up this weekend on what the January scores on the doors were....which reminds me, I went hunting for Caz as in Cazmanian Minx yesterday eve. She stopped her diary on the MFW board but the blog continued for a bit. Then stopped. Hope she’s Ok anyway. That phrase, well I always associate it with her monthly round ups.
Sorry to hear you’re not 100% Lucielle. Hateful being in pain. Do you think it will ease if you rest? PWPS and Beanie - hope you’re having a good week.
Love and hugs to you all x0 -
Ooh and DD1 has over 30 items to give to the CS tomorrow...which takes me over that monthly target too. Whoop :T0

I have to say I haven’t tried alcohol free wine. The B***s one is great and my free H**ken one was good too...but have not had the courage to try an alcohol free one, expect Seedlip which we like. But it’s pricey. Maybe I will give the wine a go over the weekend0 -
