I can be paid off in 36 months instead of over 50 months. I cannot believe it could be that close. It will be a slog though but I am going to go for it with all guns blazing. Well aren't we all motivated. xx
:T:T Well done MIT I love the snowball calculator and how it shows you what difference even an extra quid a month can makeI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I think I will have to go onto the snowball calculator again. I haven't been on for a couple of years but felt a bit stuck with dates when I started my DMP. I suppose I could use it to help figure out if I put extra away in savings to use for settlements. I would love to pay extra to Payplan when I have it but I heard it can cause problems if you do it so often.
I have found I have been much more focused on sorting out my debts since becoming pregnant. My job seems ok at the moment but I work in special needs education for a charitable trust so funding could be lost at any time. I would have been happier if I was debt free before starting a family but I'm no spring chicken:o:eek: and didn't want to leave it any longer as it may have been too late.
Anyway I will stop waffling for now. Keep going everyone, we will reach our aims.:)1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

Morning All.
I was playing with the snowball calculator until the early hours and have a date of July 2015:mad: which is slightly better than the date on my DMP. Then I got a bit silly and put in a figure which was my normal debt repayment plus success on the £10 a day challenge which gave me a date of November 2013.:j Could I do it??????? No harm in trying I suppose.
I wonder what I could get for DH and the cats?;)1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

Im hoping to get another couple of balance transfer deal cards when our current 0%'s end (october time) so maybe that will also make a difference

I think you have to go in monthly and put in what you have paid off against each debt. Mind you it's been a long time since I last used it so things may have changed.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%
