Hi all, not been on the board in a while as nothing major to report.
Checked my Barclaycard statement to find they will be increasing the interest rate from 14.9% to 19.9% in June so I've asked them to close the account, freezing the interest rate, which I'll eventually clear. I thought I'd be upset but I was actually glad as I won't have to worry about a hike in payments in the future. Plus it's nice to see the total sum go down too.
I hate being short of cash but it's all worthwhile for a better future............... apparently
