What kind of a musician are you Scooby (Have Fun Loving Criminals in my head right now :rotfl:)
Unfortunately there's not a musical bone in my body, but I wish there was!!! The only place I sing out loud is in my car - when the weather means the window is tightly rolled up!
HTGDF - yay, good on you for talking to your mum, that must have been hard! I've found yoga had been really good for me. I guess regular classes might be hard for you given your shifts, but there's plenty DVDs out there. And my friend swears by Zumba classes, but they sound way too energetic for me!Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Hi nicca! I'd love to say yup fun loving criminals, but I'm a double bass player-not quite so hip (or well paid!) :rotfl:and I maybe musical but my singing also stays in the car!!
I've often thought about trying yoga, do you find it's really good for relaxing & being a bit calmer?:eek:CCs[STRIKE] £46287.82[/STRIKE] £40071.74 13% DFD Feb17nowNov[STRIKE]16[/STRIKE]15ODsRBS £425, A/L £2500

I find yoga is really good for relaxing me and calming me down - our teacher is a stickler for focusing on breathing so you do come away at the end feeling much less rushed than when you went in!
I also find the streches are really good for me - I can actually feel them helping me. Unlike most other classes I've ever tried where I always felt out of puff, way behind and totally unco-ordinated.
Double-bass is good! In a band? What genre of music? You'd be lucky if I could hit a triangle in time to a beat :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55
