Hi all! Well been working 7 days a week & will be til next Sunday. It is knackering me out but if it means we can have a good Xmas without overspending too much then it's definately worth it. OH also working all weekend so the enhancements will bump up her wages a bit. Still having problems with bathroom though & neither my mate who did the work or ourselves can put our fingers on exactly where the problem lies. Water still coming through & I think it may be to do with the shower holder being broke & not holding the shower head in position, so the water from shower is hammering the corner of the bath & must be getting through. So will get new shower holder & if that doesn't do the trick then will have to get a professional plumber in to sort it or maybe claim on the insurance. It really is doing our heads in but we will get it sorted sooner or later:rolleyes: !Debt at LBM(July 1st 07)-£35,053.92 Debt on 1st Anniversary of LBM(July 1st 08)-£33,170.11 (31st January 09)-£32,318.73Paid off so far £2,735.19(7.8%) Average paid off p.m. £143.95 L/H supporter 115 DFD target February 2018 DFD March 2028. I reckon I'm a long hauler with unsecured debts of around £45,000 so feel free to put me on the list. My income varies a fair bit so having an accurate debt free date is not easy. However, as a person who enjoys symbolism, I set my target for the day that the Olympic flame starts at the opening ceremony in London. I want that day to be my last usecured debt payment. Then I can start really attacking the mortgage.0
