Hi everyone just to update the thread after receiving lots of debt recovery letters for the above parking notice all went quiet for a while until this week I received a lbc from Gladstone solicitors.
Says I have 30 days to reply although it’s taken almost ten days to arrive according to date on top of letter.
So I have just read through the newbie thread again am I right in saying my reply to this would be to send a sar back to the parking company followed by a letter to gladstones to inform them of the sar or am i at the wrong stage? All help is very much appreciated.0 -

The timing is designed so that you get distracted by Christmas.
Do not let that happen.0 -
Yeah thought that might be a tactic looks like they typed the letter on the 12th and posted it on the 16th as I received it on 22nd.
Will hopefully type up my reply this weekend.0 -
Right sar done and letter to Gladstone’s for case to be put on hold done.
Forgot to ask do I need to fill out the pap online form before the 30 day period or am I ignoring that for now whilst waiting for it to be put on hold?0 -
We never use the PAP forms at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I received a reply back From Gladstones stating they cannot process my request for ‘restriction of processing data’
Is this a standard reply or shall I post a copy of the letter sent for you guys to read?
I have not heard anything from ukcpm regarding my sar request.0 -
There even sending me text messages now to threaten me, to pay money to avoid court action not sure where they got my mobile number pretty sure I didn’t give them it.0

Block their number and report it to 7726 as spam.0

Yep will do. I take it that letter they have sent is standard then and I should just ignore it and await a claim?0
