Ukcpm ignoring my appeal what to do?

Hi, received a parking notice through the post just before Xmas From ukcpm and followed advice on here as I have done before with this company.
I used the appeals template as before, i added my new address to the letter as we had moved since and they was currently writing to my old address which car was still registered to.
I sent appeal off within time limit by recorded delivery and then heard nothing was expecting a rejection but after nearly two months I just received a final notice reminder with no mention of my appeal.

So do I reply telling them they have ignored my appeal or do I just ignore them all together now?
I know for sure they have read my appeal as they have sent the final reminder to my new address and the only way they would have that was by reading my appeal letter.
Was thinking they might slip up and reply by saying they have not received my appeal when I could prove that they have.

Notwithstanding what you say about it being the only way they'd know about your new address, have you checked online that they actually signed for your appeal correspondence? PPCs routinely refuse 'Signed For' mail, as it usually has little good news in the envelope for them!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Read up on IPC companies in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum

    Appeals are futile.

Ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence

If you get this then come back at that time for advice on how to defend this

Definitely not had it back not had a reply either, last appeal I did for my partner last year again from this forum template I got the standard rejection letter and then lots of the usual bailiff letters which we ignored and they have stopped for now, but nothing for this one.

I’m happy to ignore all the letters that come unless it goes to court, just thought if I could catch them out for ignoring my appeal it might be worth it.

When sending an appeal to an IPC company (which is futile) the idea is that you have it on file and can show a judge you didn't simply ignore the matter

Yeah fair point, i will ignore all letters then from now on unless I get one to attend court.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences.

Parking Eye, Smart and a smaller company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They nearly always lose) and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind most of these companies may well be put out of business by Christmas.

Sorry but why, why, why, why, why give a PPC the chance NOT to sign for a letter?

NO-ONE here tells you to send any letters 'recorded delivery' especially not to PO Boxes, and the most laughable one is when people say they are going to do this - send a letter 'signed for' on a Friday. Expecting a PPC to be there to sign for the thing over the weekend! Jeez!

OMG - NEWBIES - stop using Recorded blinking Delivery.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not just that, but why, why, why doesn't the OP even do the most obvious thing, having not hear anything back, and check it actually got there? After all, isn't that the whole point of tracked mail?
