I am loving the list of stuff done.

What will you use the breadfruit for, if you don't mind me asking?

Today is not a NSD I've spent £2.50 of the Grocery budget on chocolate. PB KitKats for my desk stash and some mini eggs/dairy milk whole nut for Mr S (to stop him eating SC's Easter eggs- oh my goodness the bickering). Not at all necessary but I'm feeling really tired and emotional today.

The only money I plan to spend is £6 for tonight's yoga class. I should be up £14.99 when i return some running tights to TK M4xx...I also need to pop to the B0dy Sh0p as I have £15 of vouchers to use by 11th...Yay free stuff. I'm not sure if I should treat myself or bulk up on the Shampoo me and SC use- technically shampoo is a household expense and should come out of the joint account.

I feel so close yet so far from being debt neutral. My spreadsheet says it's just 5 months away...but given that is mid Autumn it feels ages away.
Now I've let myself think about baby no2 I'm just so desperate to be a mum again and to get everything clear.

Mr S is still not quite himself and I think that's why I feel so glum today. It's hard to keep supporting someone when you have no-one supporting you. I just feel lonely. Ho hum. I'm made of strong stuff, it will all be fine.

There was me thinking where did she get that? and looking up recipes and everything :rotfl::rotfl:

Don't feel glum and lonely sweetie. It is hard, but you love him. Feel proud of yourself and laugh at the mis-type again, it made me laugh aloud and I've frightened the cat now

I've been a bit AWOL this month. Nothing wrong I'm just trying to be a little more relaxed about the whole journey. I've been putting so much pressure on myself to hit savings targets, it's all become a bit too much of a chore. The debt is still going down, the savings are going up. I'll still be debt neutral before the end of the year.

Speaking of savings...I have over £3k in 'house move' savings. I've never ever had that amount of money in savings before. I should be able to double it by the end of the year too.

I've got an exam coming up in a couple of weeks so focusing energy on that. I'm also trying to channel more energy in getting exercise and fresh air so i'm training to be back to running 10k...it's a work in progress. Crazy how quickly you lose your running fitness. I'm currently running 3 times a week, swimming twice (1-2 miles a session) and ending the working week with a yoga class. I could do with losing 10lbs..not sure I've lost anything yet but i'm certainly sleeping better.

I'm exhausted just reading that. What I liked about running was just how quickly your body adjusts to it, couch to 5k in 8 weeks perfectly realistic even for me.

How do you fit everything in?!

    With military precision :rotfl:

I leave my laptop at work twice a week and run home/to the school to collect Star child.
SC is a really competent swimmer so I swim two evenings a week and take her with me. One swim is a coached session and SC has a lesson before me at the same pool, so on Tuesdays I do a food flask of pasta before we leave in the mornings so she can shower and eat her dinner by the pool while I see my coach.
SC attends a youth group on Friday night which times perfectly with a yoga class a short walk away.
Weekends I run on a saturday before the rest of the house is up and dressed.
It's all possible if I'm super organised...and I am so lucky that SC is so accommodating.

Another fairly busy weekend. Spent Saturday AM doing 6 wash loads, popping into town to top up on gift cards, greetings cards and toiletries (it seems to be kids party season), and giving the house a quick tidy up.
Saturday afternoon Mr Star and I took my bike out for a proper spin while SC was at her Dad's. I managed 40k in just under 2 hours...not fast but it certainly warmed a few muscles.
On the route home we cycled to the retail park and chose the tiles for the kitchen revamp...I'm really happy with them, they look really expensive but were end of line so reduced to £10 per metre. :money:
Yesterday I was mum taxi with swimming and parties to attend. I then buried myself upstairs to crack on with revision for next months exam.

Monday again and Mr S is away with work this week so back to spinning plates and trying to just survive. :rotfl:
Today's tasks are to run home from work, collect SC from school then pop to Ald1 for a food shop. An hour of revision when SC is in bed and a good nights sleep.
Tomorrow is Swimming lessons after work/school.
Wednesday run home from work/study again.
    Thursday Swim again.
Friday is a PD day and I haven't managed to sort childcare for half term yet so more life admin to do. May have to sweet talk Grandparents for a day or two of help. I think (*hope*) I'll sleep well this week
