    good luck
  • Thank you I put a lot of work in to understanding the ins and outs of this so I knew what I was talking about rather than copying so I really do hope so! If successful I will go from there on next steps!
  • Any one know how long Popla take to come back? My friends was within a week so I stupidly thought mine would be. Should never assume hey!!

I am in the process of submitting an appeal for the same car park, can I use part of your appeal as a template ?

is it possible for you to post the template for the appeal to POPLA ? I am new to this site and don't know how to get back to it ? Also my unsuccessful appeal to PE was sent via e mail on 16th April with a POPLA ref no it I wanted to take it further, do you know if I am still within the time scale, I have seen 29 days somewhere but not sure where I have seen that either, they don't make it easy do they !!

    There isn't a template.

You just need to search the forum:

    Aire Street POPLA

and change the search default to SHOW POSTS

POPLA CODES LAST 33 DAYS AND YOU WILL BE FINE TO WORK ON THIS ALL WEEKEND.
