I seem to recall at one point that showed a contract with another parking company! i.e. Parking Eye contracted by another PPC, neither of whom were the landowner.
I used that heavily in my appeal about the surface and the lack of marked our bays so never even parked up so I will use it again against them.

One of their own pics show how bad the rubble is in the car park
Point that out to POPLA in case they are not concentrating, and the fact the photos are two or three years old, since then some signs are missing (allege it anyway...).

Comments need to be short bullet points in the Portal, which allows only 2000 characters.

That's them, I was trying to remember which oxymoronic name it was, Ethical or Elite!

According to public documents on Leeds City council website, Elite parking appears to be just Subina and Clair. There's certainly nothing elite about the Aire Street car park!
  • I could try and upload the contract but it is literally not readable as the text is small and squished.

I'm going to have to sit down and try get my head round rthis and manage to get everything in to the word count. Is this where I should quote my friends case from the same day/time for 16 min stay that was successfully appealed?
  • Does anyone know what a "whitelist lookup" is that has been done on my reg?

a whitelist is a list of VRM details that are exempt from the parking regime

presumably they checked the VRM details against their "whitelist" for that car park and found it wasnt registered

a "whitelist" is common practice on some business parks or car parks where employees vehicles are exempt from any parking controls , so like supermarket car parks where the employees can park at any time for any period for example
  • Thanks for clearing that up I'd never heard the term before
  • Right ive had a look and i have no idea how to upload to a file sharing site without giving all my personal info so i'm just going to assume its a standard ParkingEye evidence pack.

They have uploaded it 4 times but i cant see any difference in the 4 of them. Is this nomal does anyone know:?

They've uploaded it 4 times, for one case? Over-excited at the thought of taking money from you!
