    Evening everyone
    Had a really tough day today and I’ve got the headache from hell so will keep it short! Off to York tomorrow and I’m going to be naughty on the train :D I’m in first class and I know i’ll succumb to the tempting food. I’ve a hospital appt tomorrow and will have to go straight from there to the station- given the forecast that it’s going to pee it down :D i’ll be in a taxi to the station. I’ll try not to let it derail me for the rest of the day though. I have a meeting on Friday that I have regularly and last time I saw them I had lost just under 2 stone and the boss was shocked at the change in me then- I’ve lost 3 stone 1lb now so I think she might be pretty surprised this time :rotfl:
    Today’s food:
    B: Apple, pear, yoghurt, HEXB x 2 HiFi. HEXA Alpro choc soya drink +1.5 syns
    L: Boots Shapers sushi (1) egg and spinach pot, water
    T: Spicy beef couscous (from the new Little Book of menus) raspberries, blueberries and a crumbled 1 finger Twirl (6) water
    S: Toast and jam (5.5) NAS Vimto
    Syns: 14
    Night all xx
