Would that be too many eggs, do you think? Probably end up eating four.
How do you manage to resist temptation working from home? I always have good intentions but do struggle with it. Determined to be strong today.
It is easy to have lots of eggs on plan. I'm limited on eggs for medical reasons, but as long as you are having lots of speed with the eggs, I don't believe that eggs are that bad.Zebras rock0 -

Weigh in day yesterday. Lost -1 lb.
Should be happy with that but I'd kept to plan and I'm really disappointed with it. So I ha a whole pack of hi-fi bars.
Still,todays another day.

Gained 1 lb
After the totally off programme 3 weeks I've had, that is pretty good actually.
My best total loss was 3st 13 1/2 lbs end of January, only 1/2 lb from that 4 stone and I have just fluctuated within a 1.5 lb range ever since, because of family crises and health problems. I suppose I should be fairly pleased really that I didnt put on half a stone or more, because believe me that was a pretty regular thing for me in the past:D
Let's see if I can get my head sorted and get back on plan from now on.I really wanted to lose 5 st to show the diabetic team .
I begged for a year to get blood pressure and weight down to lower my blood sugar to a level where I could stay off medication and control the diabetes by diet and exercise only.Real life interfered a bit.:(0 -

I actually find it easier at home than at work. Not sure why! Thanks for the info re the eggs, but the plan has changed a bit since this morning (which is why I like to post it once the day is done and dusted!)Good to know though - funny how ingrained some information can become about 'good' and 'bad' foods.

Lioness I think as long as you don't have loads of eggs on a regular basis you'll be fine. I always use at least 3 (extra large!) eggs when I make scrambled eggs. Like to have plenty on my toast as don't use any spread then.
I probably have scrambled eggs more regularly than I ought to!

Looks like I was a bit late with the egg info!!!0 -
Why, oh why do we put on weight when we haven't eaten much because of being unwell? It just seems so unfair! As you can probably work out I had a gain of 1lb which I'm really not impressed by. What's worse is I haven't even been drinking alcohol for weeks now because of not feeling well. Beginning to feel a bit more like my normal self now but as we're away next week on a full board holiday I can't see me being able to eat particularly SW friendly but I'll be good when I can and careful when I can't.
Today's plan:
B - grapes and small bag of skinny popcorn after WI - 3.5 syns
L - LO "pie" (1 syn) with chips & beans
D - keema curry with rice. Eton mess - 1 syn for mini meringue
HEA - milk as usual
HEB - not sure yet but have Hifi bars, Alpen Light, cereal & rye cakes so will have something this evening
Syns - popcorn 3.5; Lodough 1; mini meringue 1

I haven't tried my lo dough yet. I may try it this weekend actually************************************
