Really not eating particularly well this week but at least I'm not having loads of syns either! My jeans are feeling tighter than last week so wouldn't be surprised if I've put on which seems really unfair when I haven't eaten much!

    Today's plan:

B - baked oats; grapes (forgot to get the frozen fruit out!)
L - not sure was supposed to have been a mediterrean veg salad but forgot to get the veg! Will probably get some soup out of the freezer
D - mince and onion pie (using Lodough for the "pastry" - hope it's OK as not used it before); mash & veg

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
Syns - spread/milk in mash 3 (I usually use egg to make mash but haven't got any left so have to use some syns!); nothing else planned

    We had ours last week!

The Lodough wasn't brilliant as a pastry substitute - DH was even less impressed than me, LOL! Have you used yours yet LLS?

Dinner definitely negates that ½ lb on, Kathryn.

Welcome home, lushdad; I’m sure you’ll soon pick up again.

It was a quiet day today, so I’ve no excuses for getting things wrong - but I think I’m ok.

Breakfast: toasted muffin & jam (5)
Lunch: ½ hexb toast & beans, nectarine
Snack: Tower Gate Arctic bar (7)
Dinner: mince (1 for gravy) & tatties and carrots and peas, hexa milk
    Snack: ½ hexb toast & jam (1)

Out for lunch tomorrow with ’eaty’ friend. I will need to watch my fuel intake. And dinner at DD’s (not seen DGS and baby for ages).

I was starving today and not feeling great. I was so busy at work I didn't have much time to eat I think!

Breakfast porridge with raspberries (HEA and HEB)
Lunch chicken with lentils and salad
Dinner 2 poached eggs, I slice toast (4)

Snack oatcake, peanut butter and pumpkin seeds (7)
