Lioness I think as long as you don't have loads of eggs on a regular basis you'll be fine. I always use at least 3 (extra large!) eggs when I make scrambled eggs. Like to have plenty on my toast as don't use any spread then.

I probably have scrambled eggs more regularly than I ought to!

    Denise

Looks like I was a bit late with the egg info!!!

Not at all, Denise. All information is gratefully received :)

Evening everyone. Big well done to all the losers.

Lioness I eat lots of eggs but not every day - in fact I don't think I'd have managed to stick to SW without them! I find them filling and they are a good protein source. If I know I will be a bit longer than usual between meals I'll have eggs as they can help me avoid snacking.

This week, I am mostly eating/drinking Lemsips and toast - that'll teach me to boast about not having a cold all winter! Sneaky weigh this morning suggests a STS this week - we'll see tomorrow......

Bubbs waiting for your weigh in with baited breath!

I haven't tried my lo dough yet. I may try it this weekend actually :)

Wouldn't recommend it as a pie with a bottom & top crust. Still thinking about getting some more and trying it as a pasty or pizza base! But may just stick with using WW wraps (although higher syn at least they can be used HEB).

Let us know how you get on with it.

It affects a lot of women like that as your hormones still play up. So unfair isn't it?

Enjoy your trip to York, Mrs_R. LOL@ Sticker Sue. bubbs - fingers crossed for the five stone.

Busy at work yesterday but refused the offer of biscuits. I sit next to the loveliest lady, but she is a feeder! She is a tiny woman with great cheekbones who offers food a LOT.

    Yesterday's offerings:

B - Porridge with mixed berries (HEX B)
L - Left over sausage pasta bake with cheese (HEX A)
D - Oven roasted chicken with new pots, onions, peppers, mushrooms & carrots. Served with broccoli, cabbage and peas.
    S - Raspberries & a nectarine

Syns - Murray mints (of course!) x 2

I am working from home today so intend making the most of it. Today's plan is:

B - Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
L - Oven roasted chicken with new pots, onions, peppers, mushrooms & carrots. Served with broccoli, cabbage and peas (I plated up an extra at dinner)
D - No idea. I have a TON of eggs so I am thinking maybe cheese omelettes with salad.

Would that be too many eggs, do you think? Probably end up eating four.
Happy with -1.5 today as it's only been a few days on plan since home from holiday. :j

    Bubbs, fingers crossed for you.
