Just put through the syn calculator with those figures and comes out at 19.5 syns for half but may be lower if there is any Free food involved. What toppings are on it as it may make it less syns if there is some Free foods?

I’d love a wee jaunt to York, Mrs_R. And a wee first class train ride too Enjoy, you’ve clearly earned it.
Well done, Sugar, beanie and ilovetea.
Not as disastrous a SW day as it might have been. I told ‘eaty’ friend I was having dinner at DD’s so I wouldn’t be having 3 courses. Then, to her horror, I chose a cheeseburger without the bun. I explained to DD and DSiL that I’d been out for lunch so I’d only want a very little dinner and they were great about that.
Hey ho and off we go. DD wants to go to Dobbies tomorrow for a cream scone ( I have a voucher for tea and cream scones for 2 from them for my birthday). Hmm. I don’t see a loss happening next week either!Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Hello everyone
Haven't been around much - I've been resisting the urge to eat as mum has been a little cantankerous this week and I've been worked up as son has had an interview for the Police.....and I always comfort eat when I'm stressed.
Well done everyone whose lost / sts and commiserations to those that gained.
I'm going swimming AND the gym tonight in a vain attempt to create a loss for tomorrow...will just have to see if the gods are smiling down on me.
We're going out next Saturday for a black tie dance so whilst I'm not buying a new outfit (wearing something I last wore 15 years ago lol) I have bought my self some new underwear .....and it isn't from Tesco & that's all I'm saying.
Food wise I'm not sure what's on the menu but will be SW friendly as I really need to get Christmas weight off.0
