    That's a great NSV SSM.

Had a 2 hr on-course golf lesson this morning and picked up some good tips for when we play next week whilst on holiday. Probably a good 2 miles or so walking. Decided to eat at the golf club as it was about 1 o'clock when we finished.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs with spinach stirred through on toast
L - steak, jacket potato; grilled mushrooms & tomatoes, peas. The steak was much bigger than I expected (DH had the same but with chips!). Neither of us could manage the steak so we asked for some foil and brought it home
D - will do something with the steak not sure what yet

    HEA - milk
    HEB - Bread
Syns - 10g butter (on jacket) 3.5; couple of syns for oil; glass wine 7

Oops. Had a Nando's today and didn't check syns before I went. I thought my choices would be ok but it was higher than I thought!

Breakfast: omelette with spinach and goats cheese (HEA)
Lunch: chicken and sweet potato mash (12.5!)
    Dinner: chicken and ratatouille

No HEB today and no snacks. I fancy a glass of wine but better not after that sweet potato mash error!

Well let's just say I had a bag of Thornton's Sicilian mousse chocolates. However, there is no proof, no evidence, so that's ok. Isn't it?

    Morning all.

+1/2 lb for this week - not a surprise really. What was more of a disappointment was looking back at old threads and discovering it's taken me 6 months to lose 10lbs! Although I don't stick to it 100% most days are on plan and weekly I'm rarely over on syns. Its so frustrating when I'm within 2lbs of target weight. So - my plan for next week is to stick to it rigidly for the whole week, no excuses, and see where I end up at the end of the week. I'll throw in a couple of speed days too though I do find it difficult being a carb fiend.

Back later when I've had chance to read back.

    Commiserations on your gain, esmy.

    -2lb for me this week.

Beef lobby is in the slow cooker for tea this evening - think I'll have a kipper for breakfast and possibly a mushroom omelette for lunch.

Syns - 3 for casserole mix
Snacks - melon, clementines, muller light
