    No thats coffee:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Think I'm a little addicted to coffee since I was encouraged to get a Tassimo on another thread. :D

I blame my weight gain, gain on the fact that I couldn't have a cup without cake or biscuits!
    Just another bad habit.

I haven't stolen your mojo greentiger, wished I had......

    Morning all, enjoy your day.

    Lovely.
I like rhubarb as well, sadly don't know anyone who grows it anymore. It's supposed to be easy to grow though, may give it a try next year.

We have rhubarb in the garden - I used to love it but when DS3 was a small child he used to urinate on it - I cannot eat it now and I cannot kill the plant off either!!!

    +3lbs. Gutted but it's the wake-up call I needed.

Is it fluid? I think we all panic when the scales move the wrong way. I can fluctuate significantly due to the fluid. If not fluid, keep posting everything you eat and the wonderful ladies on here will help x

Bread and pastry are the food of the devil.... and butter, and chocolate and.................

I jumped on the scales today - since Monday I had lost 2 lbs (which must be fluid). I am trying to get totally back on plan today

    Food today:

    Brunch (after walk)
    Bacon, eggs and beans.

    Tea

    SW stew

    Snacks - carrots, quark, fruit.

p00hsticks, I wouldn’t trust me with Munchies but I’d trust my DH even less – he’d interpret ‘safe keeping’ as ‘DH eating’!

lol! My OH isn't allowed to eat chocolate because of his cholesterol and his willpower is much better than mine so I feel they're quite safe.

    Plan for today:
    B: melon and berries
    L: stuffed mushrooms
    D: prawn stir fry

    Snacks: Melon, yoghurt
Syns:2 for spray of oil to do stir fry. Also I've just realised I'd picked up a milbona fat free vanilla yoghurt (big tub) from LIDL thinking it would be free, but apparently it has 9 syns - so will be using it sparingly over the next few days

  • Keep plodding all those wavering, I have found the banter here to be great for support. I weigh tomorrow, feeling a bit more positive, but would like to lose another 1/2 stone before end of May. Going to a wedding 1st weekend in June, downside is not being able to buy anything as I have no idea how much more I will have lost.

I have been going off the stance of all FF yoghurt is free - although I have to admit I rarely eat it now as my preferred option is quark.

Agree with greentiger drinking chocolate is the food of the devil, yuk!

Jumped on the scales this morning and doesn't look as though they've moved since last Thursday, have counted syns since then and under the usual 105 for the week, and only had 1.5 planned for today but may have a mini lolly this evening so that will go up to 3.

    Today's plan:

B - baked oats, grapes, strawberries, raspberries & quark
L - LO sweet chilli noodles with prawns, 0.5 syn for sweet chilli sauce
D - HM faggots in onion gravy (from freezer); mash; green beans & peas (1 syn for ryvita in faggots)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge oats
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 0.5; ryvita 1;mini milk lolly 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Denise
