4 gym sessions will do you the world of good x

Yeah, I'm feeling much better and have to say my mental well being is much better since I started leaving my work laptop at school and stopped bringing marking home. I'm sure at some point someone at school is going to pull me up on stuff slipping but there was no way I could sustain the amount of work I was doing without burning out.

    Currently doing:
    Mon - Body combat
Tues - Legs, bums and tums
    Thurs - Insanity
    Fri - Body Pump

And even though the scales may not be moving massively, my shape has changed. Had loads of comments from work colleagues and kids' parents these past two weeks so others are noticing! :T

You have lost 7 stones and are fit and healthy - bet you look gorgeous!!

I resigned from my position before I went away as due to work pressures I had no chance to walk for a 6 week period.

Only need another 2.5lb to get me 7 stone award now but think it'll be a few weeks before I get there!

Wow! How did it take you to achieve that? I am looking to do that, although I initially have my target at 5 stone. I am just under 3 1/2 in 11 mths. Know it will probably take another year, but it didn't go overnight, so can't expect it to come off overnight :D

I have been terrible at keeping up with the thread this time around. Having 4 gym classes a week after work isn't leaving me loads of time to catch up!

Very pleased to report -2.5lb this week. Had a good week. Got a tricky one coming up as have a hen do at the weekend but hoping not to do too much damage although do intend on having a good night!

Been off plan since Saturday and with my finger firmly on the self destruct button. Using food to self medicate- I am feeling very stressed, anxious and low at the moment :( back on plan today. Was supposed to go and weigh but I was so exhausted I just decided to take this week off- I needed it.

B: HEXB HiFi x 2, Apple, pear, decaf coffee with HEXA
L: Salad with Nandos sauce (1.5) and chicken skewers (1.5) pear, water
T: SW Chinese banquet rice, carrots, baby corn, sugar snaps. Raspberries and blueberries with Light and Free yoghurt, NAS Vimto and lemonade
S: Quavers (4.5) Dairy Milk Little Bar (5) Mini Milk (1.5)
    Syns: 14

You are amazing , well done:j:j:j:j

They have to be light fat free, some fat free ones are really high in syns:eek::eek:
Do you do 4 gym sessions then?:rotfl::rotfl: will do you good:rotfl::rotfl:

I clearly have not understood this, but I have only ate the Muller lights, and FF plain yoghurt (but now changed to Quark) so I don't think I have gone too far off plan.

I made a huge pan of SW stew with the aim of having it for 2 days - OH has had 6 bowls - he is greedy pig and I bet he will still weigh less than me! He will have to cook tea tomorrow as I am on strike!

I think it does you good to have some time off plan, you tend to get better losses afterwards x
