Rhubarb is another natural diuretic and you can have loads for a very small amount of syns - it's only 1/2 syn for 100g cooked. I often use it mixed with yoghurt or quark as a fool for dessert when it's in season, which it is now - must get some from my friend, she's got loads at the moment!

    Lovely.
I like rhubarb as well, sadly don't know anyone who grows it anymore. It's supposed to be easy to grow though, may give it a try next year.

You're right but 500g of cooked rhubarb is an absolutely enormous amount to eat! No way I could eat that amount in a day - I'd rather just have 100-200g and syn it!

p00hsticks, I wouldn’t trust me with Munchies but I’d trust my DH even less – he’d interpret ‘safe keeping’ as ‘DH eating’!

So YOU’VE got the mojo, curl girl! Please can I have it back?

Mmm, I love rhubarb – what’s this about hexb? It doesn’t grow very well in my garden; I tried a crown that I got from a neighbour but it was pretty straggly and then it just vanished! Maybe it ran off with my mojo!

Food of the devil? That has to be hot chocolate!

Bad day SW wise as had to go to help out DD and baby. It was just supposed to be am, but I was on way home for lunch when DH phoned to say he was on way to DD’s with some garden furniture and needed me to help unload it. Bang went any chance of me being an angel.

Breakfast: tomato & herb omelette, hexb toast & jam (2)
Lunch (unplanned): brown roll, butter & cooked ham (9?)
Snack (thanks DH): strawberry Danish crown from baker (31??? Oops!)
Dinner: 2 x LMcC roro sausages, mash & beans
    Snack: hexa cheese & grapes
