    Evening all.

Well done on your loss Missteach - your gym schedule exhausts me just reading it! Chin up MrsR - I wonder if you're feeling a bit of a let down after the awards ceremony as you were so looking forward to it. Have you got something else to look forward to? Don't worry about a few days off plan, you'll soon make that up when you're feeling a bit more in the zone. SSM, are you a lady of leisure now?? I'm happy to say I don't miss report writing in the wee small hours one little bit.

Lots of body magic here yesterday in the form of decorating - I love my 9ft ceilings till it comes to painting them...

Had a naughty day today so aiming for an SP day tomorrow.
B boiled eggs with crispbreads, fruit
L Might make some soup, or ham salad - depends on the weather
D Out for dinner but planning on steak and salad or veg (or both!)

Did anyone watch Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's programme tonight? Some of the gimmicky stuff annoys me (turning up with a veg van on a housing estate for one day won't change habits) but the growth in takeaways on parades of shops is familiar in my area - we have a co-op where you can buy real food, 6 takeaways and a sandwich shop, and 3 cafes. No butcher or baker any more. And 5 hairdressers! We're fat with fabulous hair around here. It was also interesting the comparison between the energy needed to eat and digest a processed ready meal against the same meal home cooked, which seems to support the SW rules about tweaking.

Good Luck to those still to weigh in. Night everyone.

  • Hope you're feeling a bit better today Mrs R.

I am super excited this morning. My friend & I go away for a weekend every spring, basically decide how far we can go for the lowest cost! Unfortunately, we probably chose the coldest weekend ever to go to Krakow this year, so wanted warmth next year. Decided on Lisbon, except when the flights were released, I looked at going to Marrakech! Have been learning Arabic and as a class we keep trying to go there, but it keeps falling through for various reasons. So Marrakech, here we come, bargain £237 for 2 flights & 1 case through cargo. :)

Weigh this evening, don't really care today. Hopefully, it will have worked its magic this week. Set myself a task of not having the same thing for breakfast any more than once this week, which I achieved.

Today: Breakfast - egg muffin s- first time, delish!!!
    Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: No idea! won't be home from weigh in until about 9, depending how many stay for session, so it will be very quick & easy :

    Have a good day everyone.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

Well done on your losses taskey and MissTeach

Sorry you're feeling down Mrs R, hope you're soon back to your georgeous self

    GTQ
    - Marrakech - how exciting! I remember around 35 years ago when I was young I had some money saved and got it into my head that I was going to go on a holiday to Morocco, and found a lovely tour that took you to many of the places including Marrakech. Unfortunately when I went to book it it had sold out and I ended up putting the money down as a deposit on a house instead, so never got there :(

    Plan for today:

B: Overnight oats (40g grapenuts, vanilla yoghurt, blackberries)
L: Chicken salad with red pepper
D: reduced fat sausages, mash, peas and mushrooms

    Snacks: melon
Syns: 2 for the yoghurt, 6 for the sausages

I saw it and like you we seem to have a multitude of takeaways and hairdressers - we have 5 takeaways, 2 Indian restaurants/takeaways, 2 cafes and goodness knows how many hairdressers - and we're a small village. We do have a butchers though. :rotfl:

I'm another one whose lost their mojo - I can't seem to get the motivation to go swimming ...though I have promised myself I will go cycling tomorrow night and may go swimming Saturday morning. Trying not to temper eat as hubby has right royally annoyed me!

I'm off to choir tonight so will probably just have a sandwich tonight.

GTQ - I've always fancied going to Morocco so enjoy it!

Don't we all:rotfl: but no chance for me I don't do the lottery:rotfl:.

WI was better than expected today, actually lost lb thought it would only be 0.5 so getting there. Would really like to be at bottom end by the time I go on holiday just before the end of May bank holiday, think that's 4 or 5 weeks so not holding my breath!

Having an unintentional Green day today (didn't realise it was Green until I was writing it down!):

    B - grapes & strawberries - after WI
    L - jacket potato, beans, cheese HEA1
D - sausage (Linda McCartney Rosemary & Red Onion for me and pork for DH) and bean cassoulet (cooked my own haricot beans yesterday for it:money::money:)
    S - Ryvita & Laughing Cow triangle

Snack - 1 Tbs mixed nuts

    HEA1 - 30g cheese
    HEA2 - 350ml skimmed milk
    HEB1 - 4 Ryvita
    HEB2 - mixed nuts

    Syns - 2 Pastis 6; 2 Laughing Cow extra light 2
