Don't we all:rotfl: but no chance for me I don't do the lottery:rotfl:.

And that is the root of my problem - maybe I need to purchase a ticket!

Well done on the loss x

 Back from Cornwall. Hope I haven't missed too much news in the last 6 pages!

I made some good choices. No pasties or cream teas :Dbut I did have fish and chips once and some wine syns.:( Breakfasts were pretty good and I had two Subway salad bowl lunches on the move. I'm actually feeling fairly slim but that's probably a good week last week catching up. On with the plodding!:)

We got back last night and I did SW Bolognese from the freezer. I'm not doing a shop until tomorrow so today's food is from the little of what's in.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: LO chickenless casserole
D: baked haddock, SW chips, green stuff (mange tout, sugar snaps, peas).
    Syns: Absolutely none!!!:D

Welcome back Maman. You did well to avoid the pasties and cream teas. Not sure I'd be able to, LOL!

I'm another one whose lost their mojo - I can't seem to get the motivation to go swimming ...though I have promised myself I will go cycling tomorrow night and may go swimming Saturday morning. Trying not to temper eat as hubby has right royally annoyed me!

    Glad you enjoyed Cornwall Maman.
I would not have resisted the cream teas. Not me.

    Well done Bubbs and Beanie!

Does make you wonder sometimes what's going on with our bodies when you can be really good all week and have a gain and then another where you go off plan more than you ought to and have a loss!
