Maintained this week.at the 4 stone lost level. But 1/2lb in 12 weeks is really depressing.Embarrassing too as my son pays for me. What with weekly fees,magazines,hi-fi bars etc, thats more than £70.
I will try to stay at the 4 st lost level next week (its nice looking at a weight in the 13 st instead of 14 st ;)) but I will not take part in the next challenge. I want to maintain at this weight for a while, and avoid the stress of fighting against the stupid underactive thyroid which is obviously interfering with weight loss. With 3 stone still to lose I shouldnt be stuck when I am eating healthier now that I ever have. But apparently hyperthyroidism is a notorious obstacle to good weight loss.
I will continue eating as much free food as possible, and tomatoes, cucumber and eggs are all great for a healthy thyroid, though I cant see me eating seaweed :D Plus step up the exercise to raise my metabolism if possible
Hopefully I can restart with the July challenge.

Just got weighed in at class. I haven't been for a fortnight and am very pleased to report -2LBS.
Back very comfortably in to the middle of target range.
I'm out for lunch today and am back doing the cricket teas so will have to keep my fingers out of the mixing bowl from now until September.
Chilli and rice for tea with leftovers tomorrow after cricket. Full fruit bowl and salad drawer so I'll try to make do with that.

    Great loss :j :j

I'll join you all with 1lb off so for the first time hit my challenge target, small though it was. This is my wriggle room 1lb, 1 below my target weight.

Maman, I wouldn't have resisted the cream teas. These join Beanie's orange smarties in the 'things I can't think about' file!

Kathrynha hope all is OK with you and your family.

Anyone done the string test from the programme last night? Did it on me and OH, I was OK, he wasn't! I'll be nagging him.....

    Todays menu
B Oat pancakes with berries and 0% yoghurt - first time I've tried these and they ended up like so much scrambled egg! Nice flavour so I ate them anyway. Anyone got a foolproof recipe?
    L Omlette with salad
D Topgirls chicken and chorizo dish - about to go in the slow cooker - with either pasta or rice
Fruit for snacks and my second HEB.

    Have a good Friday all.
Well done:T:T:T i am also 1 1/2 below target , really want to lose about 4 before my holiday so i can have some treats:rotfl::rotfl: will weigh in boots and coat if i am that lucky to do so:rotfl::rotfl:
