    Back at the hotel now but just had to share this lovely pic that my friend took of me and the player I sponsor. Love this pic! Sadly his loan period is over and he is off back to Wasps next season :(

    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    You look georgeous, Mrs R - I especially love the top.

    Plan for today;

    B: yoghurt & mixed berries
    L: ham salad with red peppers and cucumber
    D: HM beefburger, jacket potato, HEXA cheese & mushrooms

    Snacks: haven't used my HEXB so may fit a cucumber sandwich in somewhere. Also melon
    Syns; Have a pack of 4 florentines (my absolute favourite) from LIDL. 1 is 9 syns so will have one on days when I have a few going spare
