Morning all and welcome in newbies (you don’t have to be mad to be here but it does help :D)

Hope you have a great time MrsR :A

Well I now have the COUGH :(, hubby has recovered from his ills just about and has gone back to work today, will see how he goes. Son is is coughing a good one too :(.

Bathroom saga continues, we are now priority 1 and work will hopefully start Monday as room is drying well. Only thing is they will be taking toilet out :( and giving us a chemical one :(. They will be digging up the bathroom floor . Also working outside to put in a French drain (whatever that is). Glad I’m at work when it’s going on but fed up with thought of no toilet :(

Anyway WI with half off so that’s ok. Had a decent week with his nibs which ended with him going home poorly. A new child came to look round before starting Monday who makes his nibs look like an angel  dreading it as have a handle on his nibs and don’t want him to copy wrong behaviour. Wish us luck :rotfl:
Got so much to do but feel so rough :(

Sorry for the essay, have a good weekend all :A

Morning everyone, 3lb off and my 1st stone award today :)
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

That's a great loss sunflower and a milestone (excuse pun!) in weightloss terms :T

You know that being good all week will catch up eventually MrsR so don't let it bother you. Grr  to your mum not congratulating you on the weight loss already but looking at what's still to come. Have a lovely evening.:A

I'm going to be out over lunchtime so not sure what I'll be eating. I'll put a salad (Subway or Pret) and hope that I can stick to it.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: salad?
D: chicken stir fry with noodles and SW chips
    Syns: Prosecco?:D
