Well, STS for me this week. Think I may have had a small gain last week when my friends were here but at least it's come off again quickly. Bit disappointed that they didn't comment on my weight loss as it seems to be fairly obvious to others now but they also didn't comment on my having a foot less hair either... Bit odd. They're usually the first to comment on things like that, am hoping it isn't because they think I look worse... Bit of an emotional week for me this week with an unwelcome blast from the past too, so feeling a bit down overall. Also had a minor injury, which is on the mend now but has meant I haven't been able to get out and exercise at all so that's not helped.

Sorry for depressing post! Not a happy CattyCatX at the mo. :(:o

Well done to all others for this week, and great dress MrsR!

That's an amazing photo MrsR. You want to keep that to hand and look at it any time you're tempted to go off plan! What a result!:T

    Great loss for you poohsticks!:T

Tweets is absolutely right catty, don't let your friends' attitude bother you. You know you're doing well. You're doing it for yourself so you feel healthy and fabulous not for them. Who knows why they didn't comment. Some people feel embarrassed because complimenting someone on weightloss can be as good as saying they were too fat before!:o:rotfl:

Today is going to be difficult. I'm out dancing this afternoon again. Unlike last week where I could take something SW friendly, today a cream tea is provided as part of the package. As I'm going away from Monday to Wednesday, I probably could start my holiday eating early. :o I'm going to have a decent lunch before I go and then just see how I get on. I've made a chicken casserole for dinner as it'll be quick to reheat when I get home.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
    HEB toast
L: JP with cottage cheese, ham and pickled cabbage
D: chicken casserole (onion, carrot, leek, celery, mushrooms, butterbeans) with new potatoes and cabbage
Syns: 1 for cornflour and then who knows??;)

We had a fabulous time, managed to survive all the wedding events and was very PC to DS' parents...:D:D:D:D

We only got home today - so the scales will have to wait until tomorrow as will the resuming the diet....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have ate and drank everything and anything. i managed to get in the same jeans come home as I wore going - but they felt restricted.

The villa could have been lovely it the beds were not like rocks, and the cleaner absolutely rubbish. So DS managed to wrangle a couple of nights in a very very lush residence before we came home.... we were spoilt rotten by our own butler and cook and saw how the other half lives. All I can say is OMG I bet I put on at least half a stone whilst I was there. Best food I have ever ate.

Well done on making it to target......Slip up.... what did you do? It is normal, you just need to get a little wriggle room.

I am hoping that the weeks of indulgence will have helped my metabolic rate re-adjust so I can get back to the pre-trip weight asap. But no more alcohol sob sob sob sob sob.

    :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
