What on earth did you use 18 eggs on in one day Bubbs?

Not a bad price for Frylight. However when I was in the co-op whilst away I saw they do their own brand 1 cal spray, unfortunately wasn't able to bet one as my friend, who also does SW grabbed the laxt one on the shelf! Will definitely check in my local one to see if they stock it too.

Hasn't the weather been great this weekend? Have spent most of tne time sitting outside in the sun.

Have been a bit flexible with the syns this weekend so definitely need to rein it back in during the week! Weekends away are not good from that standpoint but I definitely like getting away as much as I can.

    Have been on plan today:

B - bacon, egg, musghrooms, tomatoes, beans
    L - couscous salad
D - roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, onions and peppers, cabbage, splash of gravy

    HEA - milk
    HEB - undecided
    Syns - none planned

Fry light, 4 varieties in Home Bargains £1.49. Probably old news but I have paid more than this before so stocked up.

I don't use it myself (we prefer to use regular oil in a mister and syn it) but I've also noticed that LIDL and B&M have started to sell it, although not at as good price as that I don't think (think it was £1.99 in LIDL)

I'll have a look in my Co-op but generally everything in there is overpriced. All I buy in there is BoB milk which is cheaper than Sainsbury's and any YS bargains. I mostly buy Frylight in Home Bargains but occasionally in Aldi although they only have the butter one at the moment.

Good loss tweets . You're really good at staying at target. :T I seem to spend almost a year hovering at the top of range. I'd love to lose half a stone and hover at the bottom! :D

Good to see you back SSM .Time to get back on the carrots! :D

You're so organised bubbs with all those things ready for the week's lunches. :)

My afternoon was better than expected. Did loads of dances so good Body Magic. The tea was buffet and pleasingly there were trays of melon. I mostly ate that plus a meringue and a tiny quarter egg sandwich.

Off to Cornwall tomorrow. I'll make some wise choices and a couple of hotel cooked breakfasts which are fine but expect to be mostly off plan until Wednesday night. :)

sorry I've been mia for quite a while; lost my mojo.
I haven't read back, so hugs if you need some, congrats losers, hello any newbies (?).
WI tomorrow will pay me back, I'm sure.
I need to get back in the groove; even home routines have all gone to pot this week :( Even although I've stuck to plan, I've just had lots and lots and lots of off plan stuff too.
Not even been to football and so missed 2 good wins
