STS for me this week. I'm happy with that as I didn't manage to stick to plan really this week.

I'm back in the right headspace I hope for this week. Don't think I'll manage to meet my target for this challenge however.

Welcome back jaynespain. Everyone is welcome to come and go as they feel the need, same as groups. Do you go to group? or are you going it alone?

Did you lose the lb whilst in New York, if you did then that's amazing!

    Today's Green day plan:

B - porridge with mixed frozen fruit (HEB1)
L - HM veggie burger, chips, beans
    D - chicken (HEB2) stirfry with noodles

    HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - not sure but may make the burger a cheeseburger!
    HEB1 - porridge
    HEB2 - chicken
    Syns - 2 for burgers

Thanks for all the welcome back. If I could post pictures I would make you all jealous. DS said he had a surprise for us and we needed to be ready for the airport a couple of days before we were due to leave. He blind folded us and drove us to a wonderful residence to end our stay in luxury... just googled where we were £10,000 a night..... we have now come to the conclusion he got it free! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I have to admit it takes some getting used to having ones own butler!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Weigh in this morning was not too bad at 183.3. Pre trip I was 177.6 so 6 lbs plus on which given that I have ate and drank with the best of them is to be expected.

OH then weighed himself and was 183.6 - I was dancing around the bathroom in celebration of weighing less than him.... 10 minutes later he is dragging me back to the bathroom saying he had had a poo and weighed 181.3. and the scales supported his argument.

    I officially hate him!!

    I need to google food.

We went for a breakfast out - everything to plan but loads of it.

I need to purchase carrots and move my bum.

We are having the English leg of the wedding in mid June - thank god it is going to be at our house so I can cater for it.... any SW suggestions would be greatly received. So far I have:-

    SW Quiche
    Salad
    Chopped fruit
    Cold meats
    Boiled eggs

OH wants to do a BBQ - which would mean burnt food :(

    Morning all.

Thanks for the chart ChrisV and well done poohsticks - you've had a good run this challenge!

Welcome home SSM - we've missed you here!

Beanie, heroic efforts in resisting the orange smarties. I have again confirmed this weekend that I cannot have chocolate in the house....

Have had a 'hungry' weekend with a migraine lurking (always drives me to the carbs) so need to keep a close eye on syns for the rest of the week.

Off to a Scandi superstore (not the big blue one, another one) to buy a full length mirror. I promised myself one if I got to target - we don't have one in the house and seeing myself full length involves wobbling about on DDs bed to see half of me at a time!

    Todays menu
B Bran flakes berries yoghurt and honey
L JP cottage cheese and salad
D A kind of veggie cottage pie with mashed swede topping for extra speed

    Have a good day all.

    Thank you - I have.

But I'm now trying not to sabotage myself.

We're away at present and have just had fish & chips for lunch - and no, I didn't remove the batter! I've also got a £3 coupon to spend on Nestle sweets in the next couple of days - I swore I'd not have any more chocolate in the house but I'm not going to just wave goodbye to £3 (especially when I've jsut realised that Nestle make smarties !)...

So, weigh in tomorrow. Not got particularly high hopes this week. I noticed last week my weight loss has somewhat plateaued. I think I need to up my level of speed food as I'm eating more P than S, and perhaps continue reducing the carbs when I can.

I then totally screwed up by having a takeaway on Saturday night..... A takeaway to celebrate my weight loss with my family. How dumb am I? :D

Ahh well, a maintain would be nice as I'm on an 11 week loss streak and I don't want to gain, but if I gain, I'll live with it.
  • Hey,

Just checking in with a STS this week.

Had a quick scan back, MRS R you look absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! You really do suit red. Well done!
