    curl girl ~~ i just make my risotto in an non stick pot!!!!
    it is just usually courgettes sauted in fry light.
    I then just add stock and then add the risotto rice.
    I usually then just cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes.
    clear as mud~~ any questions ask.!

    SSM abracadabra - your mojo is back!!!55357;!!!56833;

    Yesterday ended up as a normal EE day rather than Green as didn't have my 2nd HEA and didn't have enough chicken to call it HEB!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs on toast - HEB + 2 (DH put a scrape on spread on the toast!
    L - sweet chilli noodles with prawns - may make my own sweet chilli sauce if I've got time but if not I've got a bottle in the fridge
    D - HM chicken curry and rice

    I think it is still on it's journey back to me.... but I have just bought 3 packs of carrots for snacking and some things to cook meals - but it is so flipping cold. :(:(:(:(

    I think someone has stolen our mojo and hid them.

    We had no porridge in the house this morning - how the heck did that happen!

    So for breakfast today, I had lean roast chicken and baby spinach. Lots of the spinach, less of the roast chicken :) I need to get back to basics though, big style.

    I'm expecting a gain of maybe 1 or 2. 3 or more and I'll be gutted. I'm putting a brave face on this one though and believing that I won't be upset after finding out. Won't lie though, I will be, especially after 11 constant weeks of loss.

    The other thought however is that this will reboot my body a bit. I wonder if my weight loss had plateaued because my diet was too lean. Introducing some crappy foods last week might kickstart my metabolism again. Reboot my weight loss if you will. That's about the best spin I can put on it, to be fair it has worked like that in the past. I've had some huge losses in the weeks following a bad one.

    Let's see how I brazen out the interrogation as to why the 'biggest loser' has had a mare this week :D
