Glad you're a bit better. I'm just wolfing down some baked beans... got some tinned soup left over from when I was really ill... I just fancy some, actually. Fancy opening two tins for lunch! Thats terrible.... ah well. Its that kind of day, tho it wasn't supposed to be!

Good luck with the credit card. I'll be matched betting like crazy tomorrow, when I'm not mucking about in the garden.

Good heavens, doesn't time fly. I last posted on the 7th, Wednesday. Okay, did those mystery shops - they got confused about the due dates and sent me some very snarky messages, until I gave them the text of the change of due date - whereby I got some very meek offers of loads of new shops (which I can't do, either too far or the builders are here. Still, point taken).

Thursday, I *was* looking at m.b. - did 2 qualifiers, and was looking at dutching, arbing - will have to continue that next week, as I'm mostly here with nothing to do while the builders are in (can't do paid work with them here, it breaks confidentiality. And builders are noisy!)

Got back into a few Lightspeed and YouGov polls - I have a few more to do over the weekend, so that will add little bits.

I was going to do a bit of matched betting this morning, but it hasn't worked out that way - I've done my online shop in Asda. Whereas I used to spend £30 a week on that, recently I've found it difficult to spend £50 a month at Tesco. Now I'm finding it difficult to spend £30 a month at Asda - and their weekend delivery charge is £2 cheaper. Have to get a delivery - its the bulk shop, litres of soymilk, kilos of rice and pasta, bulky washing powder and toilet rolls, with no car and taxis more expensive than the delivery charge, its a godsend.

This afternoon, fulfilling some professional requirements by attending a lecture, so can claim my bus fare into town - hurray, the taxman will pay for me to go to Tesco! And tomorrow I'm off to a local garden display.

    Thats me done!

Sadly, I have NO difficulty in reaching £50 with Tesco :o:o

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Poor hypno! There's only one of me, remember!

That Tesco shop was really funny: it was the last day some vouchers were valid, so I bought value orange juice, value veggie stock cubes, value maltloaf (as a snack before I went to the lecture, I didn't cater) and cheese that was on a 2 for £2 offer, saving 74p. Total: £2.97. Points earned: 52!!!! If I could make that figure flash, I would, I think thats hysterical. I also scanned in a competition entry for something or other.

The lecture was brill, started me thinking (about siblings and the love/hate relationship), but I did skive off a little bit. Now I've eaten, I'm back on here, will look at the eurobet/sky thingie once I've got some coffee as well.

I've done eurobet but not the sky one yet - something to save for later! Oooh the excitement of my weekend!

Did a couple of treatments this morning - reflexology and Indian Head Massage - lovely to do as they "make" me relax - no brain power needed. Not quite as good as having a treatment myself but it will have to do, plus I obviously got paid!

Those are good things - payment and relaxation, nice. What *is* the eurobet thingy, hypno? It seems I never did sky bingo while the promotion was on, but I've joined now, and not funded the account - there's an "are you smarter ... "thing going on, and yes, actually, I *am* smarter than a 10 year old! If I haven't had a drink, well, maybe if I have had a drink, I'll log in and see - the prize is £10 to the account. You up for it?

sky is a DOND thing - I have yet to investigate further, but at the moment the average 10 year old has miles on me in the brain department :rotfl:

Hey KC - another diary for me to read as displacement activity for work - yeah! :D
Am going to do the Eurobet thing - and I must try to finish Terry Rogers (well start it actually - site seems to be closed everytime I try). If I can't do it tonight am going to withdraw my money and cuts my losses - too much hassle! Problem I have with MB at the moment is I lost my spreadsheets so I don't know which bookies I have done!!

Hi Hypno  Coral chip and nine.... dond... KC nods wisely and scuttles off to the kitchen - possibly I'm *not* smarter than a 10 year old!

Hi Mizmir  yep, diaries are a great way to waste time! I'm too hungry right now to investigate the eurobet thing, however profitable it is... but poor you, losing your spreadsheets!   That really is horrible. I have to confess, I write it all down manually. I've just finished the qualifiers for the 2nd of the 365 basket, and I'll also be able to claim the £8 freebie at par tybets, tho that won't make much profit cos I scr*wed up last week with a non-qualifier. Still, it keeps me going! :money: :money: :money:

I definitely have done the bet365 one - it was great fun. Trouble is I know I have done most of the main ones so I am now trying the overseas ones etc. But I haven't done Interwetten so might try that next.

Just had a bad experience though - didn't get my matched bet on fast enough and so am exposed on a qualifying bet at the bookie. Stand to lose £39 if the team lose (but win £87+my stake back) if they win! Fingers crossed - could have been worse. I could have had a huge liability at Betfair!
