    :hello: Hullo everyone!

    I'm baa-aaa--aaaack!

Had a lovely time while I was away - quiet stuff, but really nice, quite a few bits of genealogy got fitted in, and I saw the extension of the Leeds-Liverpool Canal that goes to the Pier Head - its going to be absolutely lovely in the summer, lots more seating there, I can't wait to go on a trip down the urban part. The ancestral bit is also centred on that canal, but further upstream.

And now I'm here again. Hmmm.... Virgin are continuing to be an absolute pain, the contract that turned up today is completely different from what was agreed. I can see why people say they're a pain. And my electronic spider repellents haven't worked on the nest of big'uns under the stairs - there were *two* of them out last night. So I have a few pest control numbers to ring and beg from.

So how's everyone? Post your news here, while I'm off on other diaries gathering up what's been happening. See you later
    xx

Hiya! Well, excitement while debtbusting can often be *bad*, so quiet is good! The Virgin installation man who turned up was really nice, completely supportive, so I've cancelled *again* - tho now there are amounts charged on my credit card..... its a mess. I was going to do it today, but I don't think I will, I think a bit of work on the house is more important. Then I'll get to it next week.

Fay - hi! Your mega shop is finally here! How exciting ... have you posted a list on your thread yet? Just off to check.

  • Oooh lovely to see you back. Glad to see you managed to survive the North and have left some Southern warmth in your wake, it is positively balmy here today ( not barmy..but then again.....)
