    Hi folks!

Well, its a bit embarrassing about the tooth. What fell out was the temporary crown... :o ... but the good thing is that by the time I got there on Friday, the permanent crown had come back from wherever they get made, so she didn't even have to drill the old one off, just stuck the new one on. Its settled in, and feels fine. Mega expensive tho - £170  but something had to be done. Ah well. And because I went on Friday, the appointment I had to make for my birthday is cancelled, hurray!

I had a toothguard made last year - can't wear it, I retch after about 30 seconds  (and you really wanted to know that, didn't you :D:D ). Mad.

The London day was long, and the Saturday shopping day was long too - I made myself have a nap in the middle, otherwise I'd be dead on my feet. As it was I got dizzy leaving the restaurant - too full/blood pressure too low/ too cold/too tired/too drunk (2 glasses of wine!) take your pick!

The meal was great - Thai, and when the restaurant found out it was my birthday they presented me with beautifully painted chopsticks, with a little fishy good luck charm, they're gorgeous. And bezzie mate and her husband were on fine form - her husband is my techie friend, we're interested in the same stuff.

Have had a very slow day today, really needed it (and have watched two episodes of Cranford, and the end of the Liverpool nativity to prove it!) tho I have tidied in here and done nearly all the washing up.

Will go into town tomorrow, and since I can't treat myself with cake (wheat!) I'll buy some exotic fruit or something - oh, fancy that, I have a voucher for 200 nectar points for £5 of fruit and veg! :money:

Its been a lovely weekend, and there's one more day of it to go for me! :j

:D Thanks Pania, oh Bursting-With-Energy-One!!! I'm afraid today is the day I'm finally doing my cards - but my hand is tired out from writing notes, I may have to resort to a one size fits all printed thing after all....:rotfl:

I think bursting with energy should be replaced with going just a little nuts karma!! :-)
Why not type out a generic letter covering your exploits for one and all and then putting a little hand written note specific to each person at the bottom?
