I hate my accounts. I really, really hate them. Added to the fact that if I didn't have the stupid French apartment, I wouldn't be in this mess - I'd have used the excess money from those days in renovating this house, and I'd live in a lovely house that could be rented out easily while I just bought a camper van and s*dded off to work in a bar on the Costa del Sol. So there :D

Ditto what Squizzer said..i can also empathise with the sentiment, however i don't have a french apartment but i do have a Mr.B who is a similar drain on resources and a major obstacle in the way of my ambition to owning a camper van:rotfl: I am thinking we should all wait and hi jack Pepe's van:rolleyes: shhh:rotfl:

Hi Dragon! As to the camper van .... for me, it would be living in it for months at a time rather than holidaying in it, which would ensure that renting out my current house would not only pay the mortgage, but give me spending money too.

And further to that aim - my TAB scratchcard just gave me 50p, first time ever, hurray!

:hello: Hiya! I was really really focussing on the trading today - and of course, no signals on my system till 10.15 or so, whereas there were 60 points to be had yesterday. Ah well. It meant I didn't post on here very much tho. Oops!

And I *do* have a list today ... oh sh*t.... I thought I knew what my list was.... cos I didn't look at it. I have to do those scans and send them to my English accountant ... oh sh*t. Okay, that has to take priority over absolutely everything.

What I've actually been *doing*, is looking at trading, and sorting English bank statements out before I start on the French stuff, seeing as I did a banking of ordinary money yesterday in the course of that mystery shop. And I had a meeting with my business partner, and a phone call from a friend in trouble. What a very tangled post ... sorry.

I can't believe I forgot to scan those statements..... thank heavens for this site and for the people that posted! If I hadn't have looked back, I'd have forgotten for days..... thanks guys! I'll be off now till 5pm or so, I have to work at 2.30. :hello: :hello: :hello: :kisses3:

Good luck with the statements and the trading KarmaCat - the problem for me and a camper van would be getting in and out of it! Being on crutches is not conducive to being nimble :rotfl:

 of course ... sorry Dragon.

I'm back from working, have apologised to my accountant for forgetting the statements. I've scanned 10, compressed them properly, and found I'm missing two, one of which I certainly need. Been working for a couple of hours, and now I'm off for a cup of coffee - but I'm going to be on and off for the rest of the day. I like mse! I like being able to come on here so regularly - and as we've seen from the bank statements today, its also essential for me
