Hi KC - sorry I've not been around much lately. Busy week last week and then we had some friends around this weekend, so I was a little fragile on the Sunday. Back in a hotel again this week, so I should be able to make some time to study the 'form'...

I reckon 2008 is real if I include things like quidco, matched betting and spread betting. As well as ongoing tiddlers like amazon and mystery shopping, which really do add up. I do have a confession tho - none of this includes my French repayment mortgage, which isn't covered by the rent I get on my apartment - I subsidise my French costs to the tune of about £40 a week I'm going to do a Scarlett O'Hara and not think about that today........

Hi GTD! :wave: I swear, you're as bad as me for disappearing! I was fragile on Sunday too, tho not for the same reason, but had a good time just going out on my own for a short time and zoning out. Quiet, but out in the world, thats what I needed. Definitely want to get the matched betting going this week, I've put it in the diary for tomorrow. Maybe we can set one up for the midweek games tomorrow night? Let me know if you'd like to.

there is a commune in edinburgh (i'm sure) that is living eco friendly i wouldnt mind living there for a wee while but i think i would miss my home comforts after a while ..

hypnoing = housework, lol! Definitely need to stop by mse before any housework, creature comforts are important, for sure.

I've been *very* uncomfortable this morning, looking for a file that got lost - it had slipped down the back of my deskwell, sitting there safely, but it has *loads* of important stuff on it, I'm annoyed at the waste of time, but really happy its safe.

Hmm no way you can increase the payments in on the French property?

Elantan - good to see you too, house is getting settled (bed is arriving on Monday so no more sleeping in the lounge on the Futon sofa!, this also means that we will be able to sort the last two rooms out!)

my diary seems to have disappeared into internet hell i cant find it i think it got lost with the others when we had the virus problem ...i'm glad in a way as it was getting depressing (i think) i was thinking of starting another one but i dont feel to confident about it just now so will leave it i think ...but i have been reading karma's hypnos and pania's diaries (new ones as well) and they are all very positive and upbeat making new plans and hatching ideas which is a great thing so you never know maybe in the new year ..glad to hear your house is coming on nicely but sorry to hear the health is playing up again
