Hi Pania, hi all
Bit late in answering! Swan Lake is the one... original, eh? Sister and I both went to ballet as children, I didn't stop till I was 19, so it is nice to see professional stuff.
Nice little surprise in my email inbox the other day - I wrote to the techie team via Martin's advertised email address, during the first breakdown of the site, offering support really, thats all, and he replied! V honoured!!!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I've totally abandoned the effort to matched bet, AND the effort to do actual cleaning over the weekend. Didn't switch the computer on, so not even any mse, tho I did do some chucking out of loads of old paperwork cluttering up the living room. Eating well, getting enough sleep, and getting a little bit of exercise each day is actually more important, and I'm quite chuffed I got close to all three of those over the weekend.
Today, paid work plus a necessary meeting. Planning bits and bobs as above, along with a little bit of spread bet analysis, during Monday and Tuesday this week, then on Wednesday I'm slotting into the diary a blitz on matched betting practice. GTD, where you? Have you disappeared the way I did? Want to work on it on Wednesday?2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I'd really like tips on how to do that (not turn the PC on) as I always sit down with good intentions of a "quick look" and next thing I know so much time has passed !!I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Isn't that the truth! It was the prospect of not having a proper Sunday! So instead I had two Sundays - a gentle clear out, plus a supermarket delivery, then a nap... and my second Sunday of a trip to a shopping centre/travel hub I don't often go to, via a coach really near my house, it was fab!
Those "quick looks" take about 3 hours, once I get started!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I feel busy, but I don't feel like I'm achieving much compared to people like hypno - or you, actually, el! - or any mum with kids who's trying to prepare for Christmas in a dfw way.

Oh El, sorry you've been that bad. There's only the dreadful group hug smilie, so its back to (((((elantan))))))))))) those hugs.
Where do I get my energy from??? Well, for the basics, its a case of needs must. I live alone and I'm self employed, so there's no one to take up the slack. If it wasn't for supermarket deliveries, I'd really be in trouble.
Really, I do feel I've brought this latest one on myself. I used to be like this all the time, & then when I went toa nutritionist, he advised me to cut out coffee, chocolate, wheat, cow's milk, and sugar. I cut out everything but coffee for about 3 years, and felt fantastic, but over the last few years the bad stuff (for me) has been creeping back) - and I feel like I'm paying the price now. I should be backon my feet by Christmas, I've bought more of the supplements I used to use, and I do feel like I'm on my way, but it has to be really slow, thats all.
What about you, can you see a pattern like I can see mine, or do you feel thats not relevant?2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I think we all drag out as much "energy" of whatever sort as we need, somehow. Because we are "fighting" things on all levels, emotional as well as physical, we are using a huge amount of energy, so it is not surprising we feel as low as we do from time to time. But somehow we manage to dig deep and pull out something to allow us to do the next thing on the list of life.....and so the cycle continues!
Big hugs to anyone feeling low xxSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
