Scrambled eggs.... sigh.... just not the same without toast, and I tend to use up my wheat allowance on pasta.... ah well.
Today, my dfw activities are completely around matched betting - I'll get going on the euro one, now I know how to use the blinking websiteand if I find a good match use the refund from sportingbet thats been credited.
Then its weeding in the garden and off to see a friend.
Have a good one, all.
xx
Forgot, yesterday, after working out what I was doing wrong, I went back to basics with dfw-land - working on points totals at toluna and ipoints, I'm two thirds of the way to something useful on both of them - hopefully, if I just focus on those, I can get some vouchers to be used for Christmas presents.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Okay, just done my first bet of the Wagering Requirement for the euro bookie - I've underlaid by 1.32 euros, it was changing around a *lot*. Thats okay - kickoff is at 1.30, must be a lot of fans on at the moment. I'm just glad to have got started.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Good luck with the bet and the surveys etc.. iPoints is a bit of a slog but at least they have decent rewards when you get there!

They are a slog, aren't they.... but there's plenty of times when I'm on the computer and waiting for something to happen (i.e. trading) and two minutes mindless clicking is fine for that.
I'm having a bit of fun with Vernons on Quidco at the moment. I've done it for the £15 cashback, obviously, have deposited £10 of my own money, got their free £5, and at the moment I'm £1.88 up! That can be withdrawn, so I'm going to wait until they've got my age verification, in 24 hours, and withdraw it and continue playing, I'm just going to see how far I can take it!

I think I deserve some pasta and a cup of coffee now!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Morning!
Well, I'm not working till 6.30 tonight, so I have *lots* of time for dfw stuff. So the recipe for today is:
- work on my trading setup: the company has updated the charts, and I'm still all at sea on them.
- I checked the euro m.b. yesterday, it went through fine, maybe I'll try another one.
- check Vernons, see if my age verification has come through, if so withdraw that £1.88 and carry on playing (I love that one!).
- one that definitely has to be done this week - work on notes from a CPD seminar I went to a few months ago - I'm presenting a report on it on Saturday at a regular training seminar I go to.
- if I get really bored of all this stuff and need some exercise, do some pruning out the back - I did just over an hour yesterday in the front, and its great, you can see the start of the terracing again, I've pulled away lots of the overgrown ivy, very chuffed.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Yay lots going on the betting front there - hope you get out in the garden too, if your weather's as nice as ours it's a good day for it!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

Aargh, trading setup is driving me crazy - I'm back to having to make notes to remember how to work the charts, this is really putting me back. Just finishing the notes then I'm going to make a *very* strong cup of coffee.
Lurvely coffee, took it out to the back garden and filled two supermarket bags with clippings and sweepings, hurray. Oven is on now to do oven chips, lots and lots of hurrays.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I can totally empathise with the trading set up and computers..i think. :rotfl:
Weird as i am making oven chips as well and tonight is a bean chilli..can you tell i am back on SW diet?:o
Weather not so nice here today, but i am going out for a walk after as it goes against the grain to stay in.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I'm sure you can empathise - its the kind of thing that happens all over the place, its not just about trading.
Oven chips rule! *so* easy, I love them. I drown them in tomato sauce. The weather here is sunny and cloudy by turns, but v pleasant - enjoy your walk!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Enjoy the garden. I don't know about the tomato sauce, but i have been craving sun dried tomatoes all weekend..quite fancy it on one of those breads.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
