Best day of the week weather wise, and I was visiting family instead of gardening....:o0

Well, if I'd had my druthers, I'd have been at my mate's, but thats next week. So I was out in the garden! Did you have a good time with the family?2023: the year I get to buy a car0

And the other realisation that is driving me towards the Pringles is that my boys toys are finishing during Top Gear  how stupid is that? everyone knows the male of the species could not bid AND watch TV......I'm getting 1/4 of what I got for the last batch.......0

Aargh! Now that is bad - sorry to hear that, I'd be off on the Pringles myself.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Total non sequitur here, catching up with yesterday's contribution to the grocery challenge: Sainsbury's, £5.13, consisting of 2.5k potatoes £1.99, 1.5k carrots 68p (will have to cook and freeze some of those, since I'm single!), broccoli 49p, shampoo 61p - lots of it, but I couldn't bring myself to buy the *really* cheap stuff at half the price for twice the stuff, and free range eggs £1.36 for six - can't buy battery, haven't for years.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Good shopping there
Know what you mean about the eggs, I looked at the 88p 'caged' ones today but I couldn't bring myself to do it. My normal egg supplier (friend of a friend who keeps chickens) is on holiday at the mo, usually get them from her for 60p for six! Hi RS - thats the best of both worlds, off a friend at cheap prices (cheep, cheep... sorry!).
