No real dfwing going on today, I'm working in London all day (so dosh coming in, thankfully). Last night I *did* manage to pot on my basil plant, one of the supermarket ones with about 30 stems in it, I quartered it, so hopefully will have lots more. I'll divide again if it seems they need it. Hope everyone has a good day.

Oh, forgot I printed out my two mystery shops for today - got to do them RIGHT NOW oops, its going to be tight. More in the kitty!

Thanks RS! Yes, hopefully, yummy home made pesto. The plants looked happy when I got home last night, not so much this morning, need some TLC. And I *did* fit the mystery shops in, thankfully - am used to doing those phone calls now, so it all went like clockwork.

    So today:

    - TLC for little basil plants. done
    - print out gubbins for 2 mystery shops Sunday, another 2 on Monday (!).
    - email new client (new! hurray!). oops, better do that now. done! 17.51!
    - overpay mortgage from savings. done!!
    - check online banking. done
    - check email and do any surveys that turn up. done
    - play about with competitions. done some, the technicalities are a bit awkward at the mo!

I'm kind of abandoning matched betting till the football season starts again, its too much to get my head around. A shame, as I feel I'm throwing money away, but I've got my little projects, I'll do what I can.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Hiya! It starts in August, I think. I've just taken all my money out of betfair, will let it earn interest for now. Keep going, kiddo! Mind you, you're just back from holiday, lots of energy, yes?

You'd think so wouldn't you? I find it disappears as soon as I get back to work! :(
But am determined to get on and do some stuff - I waste so much time!

I know what you mean about wasting time.... I do think doing a list on here really helps me focus on the dfw stuff, as long as I don't then open another tab/window and start playing computer games!

Right, am eating 2nd brekkie, now off to earlier in my own thread (!) to check out the competition thingie that I copied from duchy and... pania, I think. See you later.

Wow lots of mystery shops going on! Have to admit I joined a couple of companies then lost interest when there was nothing I could do in the first month or so.. should really check, just in case.

    Have a good one x

Getting through that list Karma ..... !

Now I have a question for all the seasoned mystery shoppers - having never even ventured a toe into that particular water - how long do these things take on average? Do you have to go to the shop (lots of talk about phone calls...)? I am now working close to town so would have some chance to pop out in lunch breaks - just not sure whether to have a go....
