Agree with the comments re: the conservatory. Yes it's small and the amount of furniture layout makes it look even smaller, but the biggest issue for me is those white panels at low level, preventing you from looking out into the garden whilst sitting down.
As a potential buyer i'd be telling myself that one of the first jobs i'd do after buying would be to replace those panels with glazing.... but a lot of other people would look at it and just say "I wouldn't buy that because of those white panels" and move on....
Apart from that, I think it looks good.0 -

I agree...........the truth is a conservatory is a nice plus and glass is not going to be that expensive.0 -

Having said before people seem to be buying 3 beds someone has offered on this one(smaller) on the same estate so I think your pricing is probably about right for someone looking for a newish walk in ready property.
extending the "more like this" out to 1m there are more 3 beds cheaper some under £200k
I would be tempted to look at this first and have £30k in the bank
Yes, still over-priced, but at least the would be seller is catching on to the direction of travel for prices.0 -
The first picture of (what I assume is) the master bedroom is fine, but for some reason the second makes it look small. It doesn't even look like a full sized bed to me (I know it is - just the photo seems squished).
I'm not sure the second photo really adds anything at all, it's not like it shows any additional furniture. Where are the wardrobes in that room? Could you change the picture for one at a different angle that shows them?
now that you say it - I see it too! really weird.
The room is good size, has a built in wardrobe as well. But fits another large wardrobe easily if anyone wants it. I updated the description to explain there is built in wardrobe, but will retake the photo if no interest in another couple of weeks. Maybe will add a bit of colour too as someone else suggested. thank you!0 -
I agree the house is beautiful but it looks as though the homes have just been built in the middle of a car park. Very little green. But that's just me, we are an outdoorsy family and the lack of a large garden, trees, and green are a major put off for us. On the other hand, you will have parents that work and don't want to spend all their family time maintaining a garden.
Fair comment, thank you
it's only a 2 bed, I doubt any bigger families would be interested anyway. As FTB it was ideal for us. They even had a fake grass before - we replaced it with a real lawnso added as much green as we could. I guess it depends on a personal choice. We like a bit of garden space, but don't like spending too much time maintaining it.

Quick tip
I bought this camera from amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E0YFOKI/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It was on warehouse deals, I used it for 3 days and shot all my house photos on it then returned for a full refund.
It’s a lot wider angle than most point and shoot cameras meaning you fit more in the frame. This helps you show what the house is like a lot better especially in rooms where walls or furniture get in the way.
It vastly improved the photos the EA took for us in our two bed, and we were able to have creative control on how we wanted the house to look. All for free!0 -
It's only over priced it no one pays it........however its early in the sale so let it be for now.0

You get 14 days to return items on Amazon under Distance Selling regs.
Looks like there's a new version out now for £263 which is on Amazon Warehouse if you open the '2 used' link on this listing:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-DC-FZ82EB-K-Optical-Digital-Camera/dp/B01N4M8FIF/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1519727954&sr=1-8&keywords=20mm+wide+camera
Amazon warehouse are customer returns so if I want to try a product out I generally try it on Warehouse first as its already been opened. You can return it as long as its in the same condition as you bought it, which is easier with warehouse returns - I basically just said I had tried to like it but couldn't get used to the menu system.
Honestly this was a lifesaver for me because I was able to take the photos, get feedback, and then retake them to get them exactly how I wanted them, and fitting a lot more into the image as its 20mm wide angle. Most point and shoot cameras are 22-25mm which doesnt sound a huge amount of difference but its huge, without venturing into deceptive fisheye territory.
Refunds are handled very quickly.
I will PM you a link to our rightmove ad so you can see the results.0 -
