Hello!
I just got my first house on a market - any feedback on what can be improved in photos/description/etc?
One viewing in 4 days, I expected a bit more interest tbh.
I am unable to post a link, postcode cb7 5wa on RM.
Thank you!

I guess some people may think it!!!8217;s not gone up 25k in value in the 18 months that you owned it.
The pictures look good and interior looks well presented. I guess it comes down to price in the end.0 -
For me personally the pics of the lounge are taken quite badly, it looks like a hallway. On the floor plan the lounge looks big but the photos show all the furniture squashed into one end, no telly, freestanding fireplace?, doesn!!!8217;t give the impression of a !!!8216;homely!!!8217; room where you!!!8217;d relax at the end of the day. Every other pic looks lovely0

very nice. i guess it just needs to wait for the right buyer to come along after the right school and amenities etc...
im not into new builds personally and think the livingroom is tiny but it is a lovely house and there will be plenty of others that will love it. I dont think theres anything to change. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

It doesn't say freehold. For new builds gone are the days when we can assume a house is freehold so the listing should say what it is.
How does the leased parking space work?
Overall presentation is neat and clean, looks well kept and carefully styled.
Conservatory is over furnished doesn't look room to sit down.
In living room I know we are supposed to declutter but where is the TV?
Puzzled buy the desk area in B2. Looks like there is a window there but the floor plan doesn't show that room as having two windows.
Which way does the garden face? If south or west may as well say so.
Pity it wasn't sunny when the photos were taken.0 -
The sold prices listing seems to have a mix of Flat, Leasehold (New Build) and Terraced, Freehold?
Also confused by what's going on a number 56 which from the photos looks identical (maybe next door) but has sold prices approx. half the price. Is it shared ownership or something?0 -
Nicely decorated. I agree the conservatory looks hard to imagine and the main room picture just does not do the room justice.
Ohhh and I wish a could find a nice 2 bedroom house in London for my daughter for £214 0000. ;-]0 -
Photo 3 put me off - it looks like an external door (which I thought was the front door) leading directly into the lounge, which would always put me off. From the floor plan I can see it's a door into the conservatory, but I wouldn't necessarily have looked past photo 3 to find that out. The photo of the consevatory makes it look unattractive (can you actually see out into the garden when seated?) and makes me wonder what value the conservatory adds and what it's use is...2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

House looks immaculate. It says there is one allocated parking place. What if the buyers have 2 cars, quite common these days. What about visitor parking?0

Yep to all the above. Spot on with my thoughts.0
