  • Sounds exciting.

I’d recommend putting all your skills in an AI tool. They’ll objectively write you up more fairly, without selling you short. Then you can put it in your own words 😁

Also, get someone else - a trusted friend or family member - to list your skills down - ideally with examples of each, and then treat the writing as though you ARE writing it for someone else. You can then add anything relevant which you think they have missed. Allowing for how uncertain things have become with the B&B and its future, having your evenings back and moving to something more stable sounds like a good call. (And being on your feet less!)

Had another email from potential job advising that the days they were offering as part time could be altered if it didn’t work for me. They absolutely worked for me and I replied telling them that and I would be working on my CV this weekend.
26 covers last night. My ankle is letting me know about it. I did a 10 hour day yesterday as I went in earlier and did some ironing. Won’t be as long today as I need to go to the vets to get the tick treatment that was ordered and then I’m getting my nails done. Then another shift. Roll on tomorrow!

Does ironing have to be done standing? If so not really great for your ankle and sending good vibes In the potential job

Yes it does unfortunately. I keep looking at it to see if it could have a stool but I can’t get it to work.
