(If took bigger lump sum = 54.5K or 42.7%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)

Hi beanie AO unsurprisingly don’t deliver here. Managed to get a washer OH will pick it up tomorrow. That was a chore! The only place that sells them and you have to have a trade account. Luckily the housekeeper who used to look after our property had one and he’s let us use it. Also ordered a 1000l of oil. That should be here next week. We aren’t quite out and down to 2 bars with it flashing telling me it needs to be fed!
