Another shift done, also very quiet but it’s to be expected at the moment. DD2 has indeed moved so spent time this morning discussing how to set the CH and HW via messaging. She thinks I’m ace! Long may this continue when I have a technical issue with my phone! lol. I can clear a room in 5 seconds just by brandishing it!
So I’m heading south on Thursday, need to sort out office clothes and something for the conference will also try on to make sure I’m not bursting out of them. Going to make and freeze a lasagna to take down, I’ll do that today and then carry on crocheting. I’ve done all the squares for the next blanket just need to join h to them up.I thought DS2 might be home but his job has been extended so not sure if I’ll see him. If that’s the case he might come up here when he’s back. Girls have got an away rugby match today.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Very late in commenting on the crochet blanket - it's really lovely. A nice mix of colours.3

So a slight change of plan. Was due to head south on Thursday but after seeing the weather forecast I think I’ll leave tomorrow at dinner time. Really not looking forward to the drive but just have to get on with it.It’s very windy again and I can see the waves crashing onto the shore from my office window. I need to pluck up courage to venture out and check that the car service record is in there and the locking nut. I’m a bit dubious about opening the car boot as it’s so windy, think I’ll bide my time and hope it drops.I’m going to DD2s house which I haven’t seen. I think she’s started a list of job’s including changing the flush handle on the loo. I think with YouTube and her dad on the phone we should be able to manage it. I’ll ask OH if there’s any tools I need to take to help.I went to stchin’ last night and it was the first time I felt comfortable there. There are a couple of ladies I’d really like to know better so when I get back I’ll pluck up courage and invite them over. Also when I return I’ll chase the builder, was supposed to be here in September….
