Glad the car decision is made.

I had no idea you were supposed to bake egg shells before using them as a deterrent

T'internet agrees with you. Apparently if it's for pest control bake it - but if it's for soil improving / conditioning for the calcium and magnesium there's no need. Learned something. Thank you.

What a day!  Had to go to a different town to drop some parts off for a refund which took most of the morning. Came home and I’m in the process of transferring 2500 eBay listings from our account to the new owners. It’s quite easy to do but very boring and I need to pay attention so I don’t mess it up. Heard the front door open and in walks DS2 back from New Zealand (told he was coming home next Saturday) followed by his scheming, sneaky (in a good way) sisters!
Didnt get very much done until this evening when I had another bash at listings.
Tomorrow is pooches haircut day and I’ll feed the cupboards. I did sort out the insurance for the new car and changed the collection time. I’m cooking Sunday lunch for 7 and the GD is coming as well. Haven’t told the chaps, we can be sneaky to!

Lunch went well, cooked for 7 and managed to get 6 round the table. I had the GD whilst they all ate then had mine, so it worked well.
Picked the new to me car up. I need to go back sometime this week as the dog guard hadn’t arrived, I’m also getting a metal strip put on top of the back bumper in the hope of stopping it getting scratched when the hounds jump in. It’s good job I’m going back as I forgot the load cover for the old car. I haven’t finished moving in yet as it started raining.
Cleaner is coming today so best get up and get sorted out.
