What fabulous scenery! I can identify with achey too - having spent the weekend down in Devon, the area MrEH's Mum lives in is almost entirely hills!

Surprisingly I don't ache as much as I thought I would. My left ankle is very sore, swollen and bruised but apart from that ok. I do tend to roll my ankles especially if I hit a stone or rock in the wrong place whilst walking. DD1 said I should get some new boots but these ones are new and I don't think any boots will stop my ankles from doing that.
Had to organise someone to come to the Skye house to look at the dishwasher as its leaking, the call out fee is eye poppingly expensive £120 + VAT for the first appliance and £60 + VAT for the second one (need tumble drier looked at) then parts on top. Just have to take the hit.
