Thanks for the posts.  Just discovered a crochet course is starting today so I'm going to give it a try.  Took the dogs for a walk and they've discovered a sunken water trough with stagnant water in.......needless to say they've had an appointment with the hosepipe and are now drying (sulking) off in the garage.  Just waiting for DD1 to come home and then off to the cafe.

Flipping dogs and anything stinky! Could have been worse though - at least it wasn't a fox-poo rolling incident!

Thanks SH & EH.  Crocheting was good and seem like a nice bunch, learnt a new stitch.  Won £100 on the PB, happy with that.  I've decided to start taking magnesium supplements, hopefully I'll feel less tired and possibly help with low mood.

OH and DD1 off to the rugby this afternoon.  I think I'll make some soup for dinners next week.  We were hoping to move a trailer load of stuff up north towards the end of the week but I don't think the weather is going to play ball.  We'll decide nearer the time.

DS1 is dropping his terrier off tomorrow, she's booked in for a spray on Monday and its easier for us to sort and then he can come and get her later on in the week.

DS1 GF is booked in for a section on 15th.  Not long until we are grandparents.

Oooh, a tiny baby, how lovely - I like them when they're small and snuggly.

I'm challenging myself to end this year knowing more than the three basic crochet stitches that I have used for the last 45 years or so and then to make something other than a blanket. This weeks was bobble stitch which was surprisingly easy  😊
