Went out for Sunday lunch yesterday and then DD1 and I took the pooches for a walk when it was cooler. Still warm today but overcast.Sat in hospital waiting room, waiting for DD1. OH and I delivered a machine down south and called in to see his sister. Her husband has MND and is in hospital with pneumonia, everything crossed he comes out. She is coping unbelievably well and is so stoical about it all.
I saw my odd job man today, he's going to come to the new house at the weekend to suss out the water situation for the washing machine and put an outside tap in, if we haven't got one. He also said he'd fit me in next week as he's run off his feet.
Nagged DS1 about getting his holiday insurance, he's done it.
