Christmas Colour schemes

I have gold and frosted cream colours although I may add a few themes of purple this year. I may be sad but I always wrap the presents in the same colours (varies designs of paper) to go under the tree. May decorate with purple bows/ribbon this year though. I love Christmas, it's the kid in me!!!0

oh my gosh, I don't know what it is but that upside down tree makes me feel _pale_

This year, thank to shopping in the January sales in Tesco this year we're having red, white and natural wooden decorations. The last 5 years I've had silver and lilac and frosted decorations, so fancy a complete change!
I've got about 20 decorations for the tree so far but can't wait to get some matching "bits" for the house!
Oooooh I can't wait!!!!!!

We have a long kitchen with a little seating area at one end where we have our angel tree. It's a small tree with white lights and silvery and white decorations which are mostly angels that we have picked up over the years. my favourites have beautiful feather skirts:D
Your angel tree sounds lovely - and I might borrow that idea! We put a small tree in our hallway and I already have one or two angel decorations; this will give me something to look for while I'm out looking at all the decorations in the shops. Thanks!Go your own way..

            Hi
We go for mainly red, green and gold and then buy something new each year (only something small cos after 24 years you tend to have a good selection) and we don't always use everything.
We also have to have a REALLY BIG tree:xmastree: even though the kids are grown up. I suggested a small one the year before last and was overruled by OH and both sons.
They also have to have an advent callender, choccie pennies and a selection box. (OH included)
I love Christmas:rudolf: :rudolf:

When we moved into our first home together(this one) I wanted a theme to match my wall paper. So for the last 5 years i have had Lilac, Pale blue, baby pink and silver.
This year we had to redecorate due to my lovely son puling wallpaper off. I now have a raspberry pink wall and i am sure my decorations will look odd. SO! I am now on the look out for Dark pink, Dark purple and turquoise decorations.
I have been scanning the shops since 1st of September and haven't had any luck yet at finding any. All shops in town have got at the moment is reds, silvers, and golds.:(Nothing to declare

This website below has some different colour schemes and has some ideas for turquoise, might not be very MSE as I didn't look at the prices, but it may give you some ideas.

For about the last 6 years I have had a lilac and silver clolur scheme on my tree but while in Wilko's recently I see their black/silver range and also their coffee/creams. Now can't make up my mind whether to change to one of these but can't decide which one.£2 savers club. No.90. Aim £500.0
