I received a call from the ea- the seller is keen to proceed with the purchase and was wondering if reducing the price may help? pmsl shame they didn't think of that when we first offered lower than the amount they would accep! explained to her that no, we are not interested, namely because of steptoe's yard and we do not want to live in that village anymore.0

We moved last May to what we now consider our dream house and far away from our nightmare neighbours who sounded a lot like yours!

Looking at your posting history, this is the second purchase you've pulled-out from, both with good reason.The two houses possibly represented 'good value' in a physical sense, but remember to seek out explanations at an early stage if somewhere seems an especially good deal.0 -
