It's not the end of the world if you buy a sim and it never arrives.

apart from making mistake paid with Debit card, now will have quite a bit issues with cards etc, promised as, if he sent SIM's, but he never twice and my request for refund ignored to respond to three times...

I don't think he's aware of what a chargeback is, but it sounds as if his bank might have already processed one for him.

A subscription such as you describe is called a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) and future payments can be cancelled at any time by calling your bank, and preferably, the supplier concerned. Future charges will NOT be refunded as they haven't left your account!
A chargeback is your bank reversing a transaction in the events goods or services are faulty or not delivered. Read more here I hope the Forum Team will forgive me on this one occasion for cross-posting this on both of your threads.0 -
